Mr. Brandon Munson
Elementary/Junior High Principal
Welcome to North Crawford Junior High School. I am blessed and honored to be the Junior High Principal with the school district that I graduated from. I am a 1993 North Crawford Trojans graduate. The high quality education that I received while at North Crawford prepared me to tackle the many challenges I would face in life.
In 1998, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a degree in Elementary/Middle Level Education. I began my teaching career as an 8th grade science teacher at Lincoln Middle School in La Crosse. After teaching at Lincoln for three years, I relocated with my wife to Wausau, WI. I taught 7th grade mathematics in Colby, WI, before getting a position as an 8th grade science teacher at John Muir Middle School in Wausau. I left that position after being offered the Elementary/Junior High Principal position at North Crawford.
It has been a very special time for me to come back home to be an educational leader in a school district that I have such a high regard for. I couldn't ask to work with a better group of students, parents, and staff members here at North Crawford. I'm very proud to say that my oldest son has started school here at North Crawford Elementary. I know he will receive the same great opportunities and quality education that I received.
I currently reside in Soldiers Grove with my wife Nora, our two ambitious boys, Stephen and Andrew, and our boisterous beagle Halie. When the weather is cooperative, we love to camp, bike, hike, and almost any other activity that involves the outdoors. During the lovely winter months in Wisconsin, we snowshoe, cross country ski, and downhill ski.
Please take the time to stop in the office and allow me the privilege of giving you a tour of our beautiful facility. You will quickly see all that makes North Crawford Junior High truly a great place for all students to learn.
