Audrey II Monster Plant Shippable Inventory
- Small, hand-sized puppet in pot with hole in bottom
- Larger, cabbage-sized puppet in pot with hole in side with fake hand attached
- 3 foot pod with double articulated lower jaw - pot not included
- 6 foot pod with double articulated lower jaw, support arm and two 12 foot mechanical grasping arms - dolly, puppetteer's seat , pot and tongue not included due to size/ weight shipping restrictions (unless you transport it yourself), but drawings for their construction are included

We will reserve your dates with a $1000 deposit, but full payment must be made before shipping.
You must also budget for the additional charge for return shipping at your end.
Schools may use a purchase order.
The person signing this Costume Rental Agreement, known hereafter as the "applicant," has read and agrees to the following:
The applicant hereby agrees and undertakes to save and hold harmless the School District of North Crawford from any and all claims for damages, personal or otherwise, that may arise out of the use of the rental goods, whether by a member of this organization or by other person using or enjoying said goods and without regard to whether the damage, personal, or otherwise, is brought about or caused by negligence whether on the part of the representative, organization, the school district or all three.
- The applicant will be responsible with goods and will forfeit security deposit if goods are damaged. Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, contact us about major damage.
- Goods should be returned in good condition by deadline at applicant's expense.
- Applicant will insure the goods for $2000 for shipping
- Applicant will not launder or dry clean goods, but will return all items unlaundered immediately to North Crawford School District.
- Applicant will not permanently alter garments; temporary alterations are acceptable.
- Applicant will return all items on the inventory list in the original shipping boxes.
