MERRY MEN: Green tunics (about 10), rope belts, orange-brown hoods (found own brown or green pants/leggings)

Those of Robin's/Sheriff's men who carried (rented) swords, found own chunky belts to holster them

Total number of costumes times $70 each
OR entire show for max charge of $1100
Shipping fee $ 200 one way (overcharge refunded)
Security Deposit $ 300
You must also plan for an additional $200 for return shipping at your end.
Schools may use a purchase order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The applicant hereby agrees and undertakes to save and hold harmless the School District of North Crawford from any and all claims for damages, personal or otherwise, that may arise out of the use of the rental goods, whether by a member of this organization or by other person using or enjoying said goods and without regard to whether the damage, personal, or otherwise, is brought about or caused by negligence whether on the part of the representative, organization, the school district or all three.
2. The applicant will be responsible with goods and will forfeit security deposit if goods are damaged. Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, contact us about major damage.
3. Goods should be returned in good condition by deadline at applicant's expense.
4. Applicant will insure the goods for $2000 for shipping
5. Applicant will not launder or dry clean goods, but will return all items unlaundered immediately to North Crawford School District.
6. Applicant will not permanently alter garments; temporary alterations are acceptable.
7. Applicant will return all items on the inventory list in the original shipping boxes.
