The North Crawford FFA traveled to Madison today to attend the 97th Wisconsin FFA Convention! Members explored the Career and Trade Show Expo before attending the a general session, where Carson was recognized and awarded his State FFA Degree—a tremendous accomplishment. Members also had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Temple Grandin, a world-renowned advocate and innovator in the animal science industry. It was a great day of learning, networking, and celebrating FFA success!

The Class of 2026 is the 60th batch of seniors to graduate from North Crawford and the 34th to graduate from what many in our community still call the "new" school. Join us for a look back as we explore a special supplement to the Crawford County Independent & Kickapoo Scout from September of 1991. This special print recognized the opening of the new school building, including information on history of the district, a visit from then-Governor Tommy Thompson, NC's first football game, and the names of staff working in the district. You are likely to recognize a number of names listed within, including at least one still on our staff! What memories do you have of the early days of North Crawford?
