The North Crawford School Board will meet on Wednesday, August 18th, beginning at 7:00 p.m. One item on the agenda is to revisit the district's health and safety protocols related to COVID and the return to school. The board will allow public comment during the public input section of the agenda. Due to the incoming weather, football practice has been cancelled for today. The Shed will be open at 3:00 p.m. for any players interested in working out.
Have you heard the news? Breakfast and lunch will be FREE for all students for the 2021-2022 school year! Not only are our meals free, but we are also bringing back our fresh garden bar for all grades, reducing sugar at breakfast, serving far less processed/packaged foods, scratch-cooking many new recipes, and sourcing local beef, pork, chicken, and produce. More information will be available soon!

The last day of the FFA retreat was spent playing more cards,swimming, cooking on the fire, wrapping up planning out the year and a trip to town for Ice Cream! The North Crawford FFA is ready for a great year ahead!
Day 2 of the FFA retreat was spent catching the sunrise, making breakfast and some mini golf as well as more planning, swimming and boating on the lake!
We are so excited to be working with the Young Family Farm this school year. We'll be serving our students locally sourced, 100% beef! Watch for more exciting updates from our Food Service department in the weeks to come.
The North Crawford FFA made the trek north to the WI FFA cabin on Jag lake! They spent the first day swimming in the lake, playing cards, and planning out the year! It’s supposed to be a beautiful weekend in the north woods!
The NCSD School Board Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, July 28th at 7:00 p.m., will be held in the Large Gym. Due to the school's wireless internet not working, there will be no link to join the meeting virtually. If you wish to join the meeting, you will need to be in person. One agenda item the board will discuss and potentially take action on are the health and safety protocols for students to return to school in September, including masking. Reminder to all participants that the current district policy is any adult that is unvaccinated must wear a mask while in the building. Advancing to the FINALS in Mason, Michigan from NC Trap...Caleb Johnson!!! Congratulations placing 318th with a score of 94. Kaeden Chellevold placed 611th with a score of 91. There were 1,684 HS shooters today from all over the US. Good luck tomorrow Caleb!!
The North Crawford FFA had an exciting first day at State Convention! They officially received their chapter charter while being recognized as a new chapter on stage! They ended the night with The Peterson Farm Brothers performing!
